Our Awesome Team

Are you ready to make a difference in the life of someone struggling with addiction? Even if you do not know where to start, Grand Park Way 99 has a place for you. There are numerous ways for you to get involved:

Become a Mentor

• If you have struggled with addiction or have been through the process with a loved one, you may have what it takes to be a mentor. At our center, mentors attend occasional group meetings with their mentees, as well as meet with them one-on-one. We ask mentors to be on-call for their person 24/7. This is a big commitment, but you cannot control when relapse behavior may strike, and they will need you to be ready to help them fight the impulse. Mentors must have a thorough understanding of the addiction process as well as our 12-step program. We also provide mentors with tactics for reaching out to and aiding their people throughout the process.

Become a Leader

• If you are a firm believer in the 12-step program, you may want to become a leader. Our center offers several types of group meetings for people. Women’s, Men’s, Under the 50s, and Over 50s groups are all available to ensure that our members find a safe place to fight their addictions. If you feel called to lead a certain group, come in and talk to us. We will ask you to demonstrate how you would run a meeting, as well as be prepared to answer any questions you may have.

Join the Office Staff

• An NA Center cannot run on mentors and leaders only. If you have a strong office, scheduling, and computer skills, we need you too! The office staff help reaches out to incoming and outgoing members, arrange the details of their stays, and ensure everyone’s information is kept private.
